Season Dates Apt 306 or 307
Winter Season Nov 1 - Apr 15 $735/week, $105/Night
Summer Season Apr 16 - Oct 31 $665/week, $95/Night

Rental Terms:

  1. Deposit - 25% required to confirm reservation
  2. Balance - due 45 days (Winter) or 30 days (Summer) before arrival
  3. Refunds - 60 days prior to arrival date less 10% of total rental. Less than 60 days, a partial refund will be given only if the property is rented for the same period and rate.
  4. Telephone Surcharge - 5% Telephone Surcharge on regular rental cost
  5. Rates quoted are for up to 2 people - Flat additional $20 (Winter) or $15 (Summer) per night total for 3 or 4 people in Apt #306 (2 bedroom) only.
  6. Special Holiday Surcharges - For dates between December 20th and January 4th, and Jamaica Independence Weekend (1st in August), add 10% to all rates shown above.
  7. Special Discounts - For rentals of 14+ nights, there is a 10% discount starting with the 8th night! Discounts are based on the regular rates in effect for the specific season.
  8. MORE Discounts - If you rent BOTH apartments for the same period of time (306 & 307), there is an additional discount. This is perfect for Grandparents or Parents and their Families. Contact us for more info!
  9. Rates Subject to Change - Rates are subject to change without notice in the absence of a paid reservation.
  10. Currency - All rates shown are payable in US$'s. Other currencies accepted via PayPal (see link below)


Reservation Procedures

A 25% Booking Deposit is necessary to confirm a reservation. Payment may be made in the form of a check or money order payable in US$ funds. There is a Rental Agreement required and you will receive a written confirmation from us upon our receipt from you of the signed Rental Agreement and Deposit.

Balance due after the deposit is payable no less than 30 days prior to commencement of rental period during Summer Season, and 45 days during Winter Season. If the balance is not received prior to the stated number of days prior to arrival date, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation without refund of reservation deposit.
