I had a Great and Wonderful time in Ocho and your apartment was spot on. It was money well spent, great location to the beach and town centre. I will be staying again very soon.
The apartment was great and the room and staff were great: 10 out of 10. The view from 307 was perfect.

Home and back to the real world and it sure was hard last week getting back into the swing of things after such a laid back wonderful vacation in Jamaica. Everyone at Carib Ocho Rios was very nice and accomodating.
The view from your condo was absolutely breathtaking and the grounds of the complex are so pretty and well kept. We felt very safe and secure there.

We had a great time at Carib Ocho. Freddie was wonderful - we love him. One night they cooked lobster and chicken for us - best brown stew chicken we had on this trip.
The staff was great - I will return to Jamaica and would consider your condo again.

We really did enjoy our time at your condo. We had several days of rain, but even with the rain our time in Jamaica was
fantastic. The beach was great.
The view from the condo was great. The condo was kept clean and neat. Maureen even did our dishes for us!
Our favorite restaurants were Evita's and BiBiBips. They were both very good. Also, the Pineapple Pizza place you suggested is under new ownership, new name too. Still great pizza.
All in all we had a great time and would like to return some day. We appreciated the 24 hour security, all of your helpful suggestions, and just being away.

Our flight was delayed to MoBay and we did not arrive to the Condo till about 1230am and Ms Mullings was there for us. Tell her thank you very much again.
Maurine was very helpful when we arrived & had akee and salt fish made, and stew chicken and rice
in the refridgerator which lasted us for 3 days! So our food bill was quite low. It was nice and quiet there, a lot like Bermuda.
Everything was within walking distance, the shops, restaurants and other places. If we spent $200US the entire trip, that's all we spent, and had a lovely time.

We're home safe and sound, but sad because we had to leave our beloved Jamaica. Maureen took great care of us, and everything was in fine working order in the apartment.
We were pleased to find everything in good working order, which was not the case when we stayed in ###, i.e. shower, AC, coffee maker, hot water.
The Carib, as usual, was very well maintained and security is excellent, as always. Folks are friendly, but non-intrusive. We really love staying there, and were not disappointed this time.

I have spent the past week trying to get back into the swing of things in the US. Needless to say, I truly miss the great atmosphere in Jamaica.
Carib was a great facility for me personally. I was close to the perfect beach, and everyone there was just so nice. My guest was a Jamaican and we were told by the property staff how happy they were with our visit. I guess this is uncommon....but everyone from Maureen, to everyone on the facility were just wonderful.
I definitely plan to return and stay with you folks in the future. There were some other guests that did not stay in your units, but others, that were quite unhappy with their unit. Actually, they took me in to see....... and they were right... it was just horrible. It made me feel so good, to know that I made the right choice.
Look forward to staying with you in the future. What a great environment...... I am that impressed.

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay very much. It was very hard to leave. Our favorite time of day was getting up in the morning and sitting on the patio and just enjoying the wonderful view we had. Maureen took very good care of us and the security people were very nice and helpful also.
Two of our favorite places to eat was The Mango Tree Restaurant (great pizza) and the Blue Canteen (great
tacos).
Your condo is 1st on my list for when I go back and I've also been recommending it to all my friends.

Everything was just right!!! The kids and I had a wonderful time in Ocho Rios. I'd like to re-do this again. I really like it because of the privacy and it was cool.

My daughter and I had a great time. I took lots of pictures of the grounds and the view of the Caribbean sea from the verandah was spectacular. I also enjoyed swimming at the beach on the grounds. The water was warm and crystal clear like Negril.
This was my best vacation ever and I will certainly spread the word about the Carib Ocho Rios apartments, and yes, I have plans to stay again in the future.

The grounds were immaculate, staff was excellent (condo, security & grounds keepers). They got to know us by name and seemed to take "private" care of us. Maureen was silent but kept the condo in A-1 shape.
The beach was excellent and I loved to go snorkeling right outside my door.
We are considering coming back and would probably want to stay in your condo again. Thanx for opportunity to learn what the real people are like.

I haven't had chance to email you since I got back. Thanks for the use of your condo the week before last. The view as you promised was spectacular. The taxi driver had to use force to remove me from the place to go catch my flight on Tuesday morning! Besides I wanted to stay and help the Jamaicans start the revolution and fight the government to make JA what it could be.
I may go down in July if not then September. I hope I will be able to rent your place again. It will probably be short notice again so I realise I will have to take my chances but at least it's still quiet season.
All the staff were great including Ms Mullins. I left Maureen approx $30US i.e. $4-5 per day, I hope that was enough. I should have asked you beforehand. Perhaps you can advise me for next time?

My friend and I had the time of our lives thanks to you, Captain, Maureen and Jackie. You certainly have a very special place. I feel like it was exactly the type of place and people that I was looking for. I had never been to Jamaica and had always dreamed of going for a number of years. You helped me realize my dream. I have told many people about your place and hope to send some more business your way. I am planning on returning myself next year. Everyone was so nice!
Captain was the best! He is a very special person and I am very grateful for his assistance, sincerity, kindness, wisdom and friendship! I would appreciate it if you would pass that along to him the next time you speak. I can't speak highly enough of him and the wonderful time we had together. He introduced us to many people. They were also very friendly and helpful.
Maureen was an excellent cook and kept the place spotless. We appreciated the fact that Maureen was at the apartment to greet us when we arrived after traveling all day. I think she actually warmed up to us the last couple of days.
We took advantage of a couple of your restaurant coupons. We ate at Evitas the 1st night. It was a wonderful way to start our vacation with such a beautiful view of the city. Our favorite restaurant the was Tradewinds. We met Kathy the chef and she even gave us a ride home after dinner since it was raining. She spoke very highly of you as did everyone who knew you. It seems that you both are very special people as well. We ate at the Tradewinds our last night again we liked it so much. The conch salad is to die for. It is a nice touch that you provide coupons and comments about the restaurants. Ann & I also enjoyed the Blue Cantina very much - the best price and good food to boot.
Well I need to run, but I wanted to let you know how thankful I am to have found your place and let you know that you have wonderful friends and staff (as I am sure you are well aware of already). After hearing so much about you from everyone it was nice to revisit your web page and read your little bio. Many thanks again, I am sure we will be speaking to each other again in the future.

Overall excellent vacation and very nice condo/apt.
In particular,
Maureen was very nice. Fixed us two dinners. She charged us $5 a person plus food. Seemed fair. It would be helpful if you would put on the home page typical amounts to pay Maureen, Captain, Jacque, etc.
The beach was very nice and clean.
Drinks at the bar on the beach were good. Jerk Chicken cooked on the beach was good.
Captain was good. I rented a car and he was helpful with directions and we had an incident with locals in which I ran over a small water pipe. He was quite helpful in that situation. His knowledge as a tour guide was adequate.
Your coupon at Evita's was honored and the food there was excellent.
Overall, I would give your place a high recommendation.

I love Jamaica mon, Your pre-vacation information and Captain Morgan made our vacation both romantic and adventurous. We were all over Ocho Rios. We had breakfast lunch or dinner at Almond Tree, Sports Pub, Minnie’s, Bibibips, Jerk Chicken Center, Burger King, Kentucky Fried Chicken, and Jamaica Grande Hotel.
We spent time at the beach, shop and bargained at the Craft Center, climbed the Falls, saw Shaw Park Gardens, went to Steer town to the Corner View club, hung out at night..... You name it we did it.
I am left handed so driving was a breeze for me. However my husband did not like driving at all. Also we visited a school, took a nice ride to St. Ann’s, listen to Jamaican Gospel music.
I could go on and on. I really got into the culture. Talked politics, but could see people were not comfortable talking about it. We made the mistake of not writing down the exchange rate and for a day or so, we allowed some vendors to tell us how much the money was in Jamaican dollars. You might want to tell people to take a calculator or make a chart as I did after we found out that the vendors will not always tell you the truth. We visited Willie’s store and his wife was very nice.
The condo was great. We had a daily visitor a cat whom we never met his owner. Got a chance to somewhat overcome my fear of bats, as that was the first thing we saw while dining. Forgot about the butterflies, have not seen a butterfly in Buffalo this year. The flowers and plants are beautiful. Spent lots of money on souvenirs, but isn't that what vacation is about. Maureen was great. She kept everything very nice.
Will I go back again, Yes! Will I stay at the Condo, Yes! Will I recommend your place to others, Yes!
Thanks again for making my 41st birthday and 20 years anniversary a time to remember. Oh, and thanks for Captain Morgan, he was our guardian angel. He took real good care of us and if it wasn’t for him, I'm quite sure we would have stumbled into the wrong area.

I heard about Respond.com on the radio. I was looking for an inexpensive vacation to Jamaica, under $2000 for 2 people. The very next day, Marty Bush from Carib Ocho Rios, responded to my inquiry. He owns a condo on the beaches of Ocho Rios. I went to his linked web site and fell in love with the property instantly. I called him up, booked the condo and flew off to Jamaica. It was the most fabulous vacation I've ever been on...and for under $2000. Before I found out about Respond.com, I had done a lot of research on the web and with travel agencies. I never would have found Marty's web site if it hadn't been for Respond.com.
